Bonnie Westra, RN, PhD bwestra@carefacts.com
Dr. Westra is the Vice President of Clinical Services for CareFacts Information Systems, Inc. Her responsibilities include design, implementation, and customer support for CareFacts' customers. She is Vice Chair of the American Nurses Association Information Infrastructure Committee, which is responsible for national recognition of nursing data sets, including the Omaha System. She chairs the Minnesota HomeCare Association Outcomes (OASIS) Team. She has conducted research to develop and test standardized data sets.

Debra Solomon, RN, MS, CNP
Ms. Solomon is Clinical Coordinator for Fairview Lakes HomeCaring and Hospice. She has worked there since 1986. Her job includes supervision, staff education/orientation, and chairing the Continuous Quality Improvement Committee.
